John McLEOD bd 1764 married to Florence McPHERSON bd 1764
Florence was born in Rosskeen, Ross and Cromarty. Together with John they had a least one child: Mary McLeod, who married George Simmons McKENZIE of nearby Logie-Easter. Mary and George had at least three sons; Alexander bd 1805, William bd 1806, and George bd 1805 all born in nearby Contin, Ross and Cromarty. William married Catherine Grant bd 1815 and together they emigrated to Canada where I live and am a descendent. I'd love to learn more about my Scottish born ancestors: births, deaths, marriages, occupations, etc. All help most welcome.
