I am looking for information on the Hall family, my grandfather was Percival E Hall ( Percy ) he was one of 12 children,of Samuel and Bessie Hall. Samuel was a farmer he also ran a bus company with his son Albert ( Bert ). Bessie's maiden name was Pratley born in Crawley Oxfordshire.

Richard Foster (born circa 1776) married Rachel HOPKINS Dec 1804 in Sonning BRK, but all their children were baptised in Checkendon, and Rachel died there in 1844. Where did they come from - neither was born in either Checkendon or Sonning, and the 1841 census says they were not born in OXF.
