seeking info on birth of john smith born 1857 in calverton believe mother to be hannah turton/lee on1861 census both living with turton family,on1871 census john was living with the lee family on his own,he may have moved to derby in 1881/1889. he may at one time used the name george lee. any info may be helpful.

Has anyone out there got any info on a George Smith, born Calverton appx 1828/1829. He went on to become a boot and shoe maker and married a Fanny Whitehead about 1851 in Nottingham befoe moving to Leeds. i believe Fanny died quite young and he remarried, but anything definite would be appreciated, thanks.
