As far back as I can go is a Joseph Frear that was born in England (don't know which city) on April 2, 1777. Married to Eleeanor Lee and had a son, William Frear who was born in New Castle Upon Tyne on august 1, 1816. He is the one that emigrated to Quebec, but not before marrying Deborah Ann Davis. If you think you may be able to help in my search, I would appreciate it. I am hoping to trace the ancestry back to France.
