I should be interested to hear from anyone who has the surname PARTRIDGE amongst their ancestors who lived in Bozeat. Thanks.
red mail GOFF family of Bozeat & Northampton
I am researching my grandmother's Goff ancestors who lived in Bozeat for many generations going back to Thomas Goff, b. around 1700, farmer. Several later members were called George, and her father was a George Goff, carpenter, who lived in Northampton, having moved there by 1841. I have a copy of the story/history of the village 'Bozeat 2000' by Rev'd Philip Bligh and can do lookups for others if required, Chris
