red mail Pell of Thurlton
I am seeking information on the marriage of Mary Pell of Thurlton (born 1732 to William Pell and his wife Mary (madien name Denny)). I know that Mary Pell married William Hunter (presumably prior to 1758) but have been unable to trace this marriage through the Parish Records. However, in 1758 they were living in Beccles, Suffolk where their first child was baptised. Their last child was born in 1765 in Beccles, but at some point after this date the family appears to have moved to Metfield in Suffolk, where Mary died in 1813. I do not know whether her husband William survived her, but I can find no trace of his Burial in Metfield.
