Their Dates of birth 1850's. They had 11 children. Ethel Evelyn, Violet Marie, Frank, Nellie, Florence, Harry were some of them. My mother is VIOLET COPELAND and she married FRED Humphreys in Australia in 1932 and had two children, Norah and Ethel. My Great Grandfather was born at Penegoes, Montgomeryshire where he became a lead miner, he married Ann Rowlands,after the birth of their son Richard and then Jane Ann their daughter and my grandmother, they came to Penrhiwceiber S,Wales where he became a coalminer I`m looking any information on his mother and father as I can`t find a birth certificate for him.They went on to have a further 8 children.

Richard was sentenced to 7 years for housebreaking, he arrivd on the James Pattison in 1837. I know that his father was also Richard and his mother was Mary ?. Richard Samuel was a sawyer. Searching for family in Wales or other family who might have also emigrated to Australia.

My g.grandmother was born Emma Griffiths, c 1860 in Montgomery; she married Samuel Whitbread at Blymhill in 1880 and, after he died, remarried to my g.grandfather George Warren in 1891. She had children Florrie Whitbread, Lottie Whitbread and Sam Whitbread then Nellie Warren and Minnie Warren. The last two whilst living in Southfields, Fulham, London. Nellie married John Venable Powell (a Canadian)in 1918 and went to Canada (Windsor, Ontario) and Minnie married Bert Phillip Jewell in 1916. Florrie married Francis Robert J Jones in 1906. Emma's father was Thomas Griffiths (a Bailiff)
