looking for Alfred Emanuel MONTARA....father was Domingo MONTARA and mother was Harriet BARRACLOUGH. Domingo and Harriet were publicans in London, Middlesex. Alfred MONTARA came to Queensland, Australia approx 1882 (?) and married here. Alfred waslisted as a seaman in 1881 Census. Living at 61 Rhodeswell Road, Limehouse. London. Alfred was my g/grandfather and he is a brick wall I would really like to get more info on. TIA

Wiliam's parents were Hannah Unknown and Charles Smith (blacksmith) b 1835 Aldbourne, Wilts. William and Rhoda had these children that I know of........Charles, Emily, Doll, Violet and George and Maude (twins) I believe all the children born in Middlesex. Another set of twins died very young. Charles married a Rose Unknown.....I believe they had a son Kenny Smith who lived at Henley Cottages, Wantage Road. Maude married Jack Evans after 1938 and lived at Drews Cottages Lambourn, Berks. Hoping someone can help...thanks very much

Cooke George
George Cooke married Lydia Halliday on 1.11.1860 at the Register Office at St. Pancras. I am unable to get back further because he was born before 1837 and I cannot find either him or his wife in the 1881 census and his place of birth is obliteratedby ink in the 1861 census. Any help appreciated.
