In 1911, Harry was living with his parents at 72 Chaplin Road, Willesden, Middlesex. Harry Grange married HILDA GWENDOLINE LONG in 1927 at Strood, Kent. She was the daughter of Helena Lilian (nee Brown) and Daniel Long and born in 1899 at Ilford, Essex. Hilda and Harry Grange had at least two children: KENNETH H GRANGE 1929 and SHIRLEY J GRANGE 1933.

I am trying to find out if Canada's 1920 Olympic Trapshooting Team competed in the 1920 English Clay Pigeon Championships. The U.S. team competed, and a July 22, 1920 item in the NY Times says the match was held in Hendon. The Canadian team was in England at this time. I have not been able to find anything in the London Times, and have no other English papers available to me.

Marian May became Sister Mary Ethelreda, Sisters of St. Joseph, or Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ (Roman Catholic) Convent was at St Boniface Doves Hill Crescent. Also her sister Rose, at the same place. 1901 Census Hendon, Middlesex England RG 13/1227 St Joseph's Covent Boarding School Ethelareda Smetzer 28 School Teacher b. Kensington, London Rose Smetzer born abt 17th Sept 1874 , Steyning, England Died: 8 December 1964 or 1965 Rose became Sister Magdaline of the Handmaids of the Lord. Lived at St Boniface Convent Doves Hill Crescent Endsbury Park Bournemouth Eng. Rose sent from Cirencester to Hendon for nursing. Aged 38 when mother Marian SMETZER died on 14 November 1917 (from Marian's death cert) Rose and Marian May were boarders and when they finished their schooling they were afraid to face the "big bad world" and decided to become nuns; this would have been in their mid-twenties. .

Minnie’s sister, Annie Elizabeth Hicks (born approx 1866 in St. Davids, Pembrokeshire) married Knethell Wade Green (born 1859 in Carmarthen) in 1898. This family were predominantly resident in Hendon. William Francis Schroeder (born approx 1849 in New York – died 1924 in London) and Alice (also known as Dorothy) Schroeder formerly Eyre nee Summers (Born approx 1865). They were married around 1895 in London and had two children Dorothy Francis and Katherine. Alice was previously married to Philip Eyre and had children Eric Douglas Eyre (born 1894 died 1978 in Taunton) and Philip Eyre (born 1888 died 1902 in Taunton). Eric married Pamela Rose Eyre. Dorothy Francis Schroeder Married Henry Edward Taylor (son of Edward William Taylor) in 1915 in St Pancras. Katherine Schroeder married Henry Allan Edridge Green in 1915 in Willesden. Dorothy had son, Michael John William Taylor who was born in 1923 in Paddington. Michael married Kathleen Alice Brodie in 1944 in Brentford.

My father Cecil James Tidd was born in Hendon as was his sister Winifred Tidd. His parents were Ernest and Mary Eleanor Tidd (nee Howick).
