red mail Wm. Plunkett to Catherine Smyth
I am having real trouble with finding anything about the marriage of the above people and would welcome your thoughts. What I know for sure is William Plunkett born Ireland c 1841 (from census), Catherine Smith born Ireland c 1843. Their children are Mary born 1865 in Bohermeen (mother's name spelt Smyth), William John born Liverpool 1867 died USA, Charles born 1869 Liverpool died Australia, Edward born L'pool c 1873, Catherine b L'pool c1876, Agnes b L'pool c1878, Emily born 1800 (have birth certificate), Alice b L'pool c1882. On the 1871 census it shows mother in law Mary Smith, from family gossip etc. we think Mary Smith's maiden name is Callahan and I did notice a marriage entry of Callahan to Smith. Thanks in anticipation. Pat
