red mail McEvoy/Rice: Louth to Massachusetts, USA
Looking to complete a direct branch of our family tree from Co Louth. 1) Mathew and Mary Rice were parents of Anne Rice (b. abt. March 1798 Dundalk, Ballinteskin in the parish of Ravensdale). 2) Patrick and Anne Rice McEvoy were parents of James McEvoy (b. Aug. 1, 1830 Co Louth)---James' grandfather could have been a "Thomas". James, his siblings and his mother Anne came into Massachusetts in mid-1800's. I'd like to find more on Patrick McEvoy/Thomas McEvoy and Mathew and Mary Rice, thank you.

red mail Mary Campbell, possibly Dundlak
I am tyring to find information on Mary Campbell born around 1801, Ireland. Campbell is her married name. She had 4 daughters - Bridget Campbell, Lucy Campbell Catherine Campbell and Mary Campbell and a son Joseph Campbell all born in the 1830's. As far as I know she left Dundlak sometime after 1848 due to the famine and settled in Liverpool, although it was not due to poverty she left. I thought she had left as a widow. Possible husband is Nathaniel Campbell. Any chance anyone can help prove this information, provide a little more? Many thanks

Looking to locate the origins of one Bartholomew Cassidy born about 1776 who died in Lancashire England 1853. His son Bernard (1827) is my ancestor but there were siblings, Bryan, James, Margaret, Michael all born in Louth. Bartholomew first appears in English records in the 1851 census where only the county Louth is noted as birthplace.
