My paternal Grandfather was Maxwell Martin of Uffington,(1851-1935) he was an owner of West Hall Farms, as was Robert Martin , his father before him. Maxwell was a farmer and raised horses and corn. He was a councillor for the Parish of Uffington when he was 24.(1894) . He had a best friend Samuel Coe, (1865-1945) Maxwell died in Peterborough , in May 1935. Would appreciate anyone knowing of or having this Family in their tree, to get back to me. Thank you.
