Charlotte had two sisters Eleanor and Fanny. After the death of Charlotte, Eleanor married John Wass and had a daughter, Harriette Smith-Wass. John Barnard was a seedsman and lived at Brigg in 1812 when he had a daughter Charlotte. Charlotte married Thomas Ramsey at West Butterwick 11th June 1845. Can anyone give me more information about the Barnard family
Matthew Henry ALLBONES, illegitimate son of Zilpha or Zilpah ALLBONES, born abt. 1836 in Hull. Married to Lucy WRIGHT with children Esther Ann, 1862, Walter, 1863, John W. 1866, Sarah, 1867, Matthew Henry, 1870, Isabella Atkinson Wadsley, 1873, Betsey, 1875, Maria Elizabeth, 1878, James 1880 and Zilpha, 1883-1909. Matthew was a vermin destroyer and they lived in Riverside, Brigg. Trying to find where Esther went after 1881. She was working as a servant in Hull then but seems to have disappeared after that.

Seeking info on any descendents of brothers or sisters of Frances Hinds of Brigg, born 1802 who went to Hull and married Frederick Ohlenroth in 1823. Frances was my 3 x great grandmother and went on to have 10 children.
We have ancestors in Brigg - Andrew Innes Douglas, surgeon, born in Scotland about 1790. his wife was Ann, born in Linconshire and they had a daughter Elizabeth who was a dressmaker, who eventually married a gardener named George Thompson about 1865. Elizabeth and George then lived in Brigg and had three daughters. Any information would be useful.

Children Sarah b 1816 and Edward Luke b 1826 (also a boot and shoe maker). Both children were born in Brigg. Edward Luke married Ellen Snowden from Newcastle. The family moved to Newcastle and later Southampton.
