Looking for descendents of Enoch Johnson. He married Ellen Herbert.(may have remarried after Ellen died) had Eva Ellen (my grandmother) d.o.b 11 Sept 1899 and daughters Grace and Evelyn and son Reginald d.o.b 25 Dec. 1901 in Ayleston park, Leicester. in 1919 the Johnson family lived at Manners rd, Ayleston park, Leicester. Eva Ellen Johnson left for South Africa and died in Dundee South Africa on 31 August 1964.

We are descended through Martin Collin(g)s of Rothley and Elizabeth Johnson of Quorndon (m 30 Aug 1790) and their son Thomas COLLINGS, who married Elizabeth Rennocks (4 Nov 1811). Most of the family lived in Quorndon for most of 19th century, until need for work sent them to Leicester. Lineage as follows: Martin > Thomas > Thomas > William Albert > Flora > Violet > Jack. I am looking for information concerning my Great grandfather William Rennocks (Born in Quorndon ??). On the 1891 Census he is shown as living at "Blackbrook" ?? age 59 with his (second wife annie ??) and their children. I am researching my family tree and would appreceiate information from any interested parties. Was Blackbrook a street name or farm name?? I think the parish is st Botolph ? I am looking for any information on James Faulks, b. about 1813 someplace in England and eventually moved to the United States about 1840-43 with his wife Sarah and one child, Mary. He was a shoemaker in the States. He was my g-g-grandfather on my mother's side.
