red mail Bartram - Buckminster
have recently started tracing my family history and am related to the Bartram family of Buckminster. I visited the village and church yard a couple of weeks ago. I would be interested to hear from anyone who knows any relatives or any information about the Bartram family. I know that my relatives lived on Main Street (1901), Blue Cow (1861) - (would this be Cow Row??) and Back Street (1871,1881,1891). Some of them then moved to Sewstern, Rutland/Oakham.
red mail Chester/Dale
Am trying to find out more about George Chester and Margaret Dale. George was born in about 1675 and Margaret in about 1680. They were married on the 31 ? (unfortunately the month is illegible in the Parish Records) 1701 in Croxton Kerrial. I have traced 4 children: Mary born 1702; Elizabeth born 1705; William born 17112 and Margaret born 1714. Would be most appreciative of any information about this family
