red mail Martha (nee Nuttall) and Joseph Hadfield
Martha grew up in Worsley, the eldest child of James and Catherine Nuttall. She had 4 sisters and one brother. Lilian married Percy Dealtry in 1911 and emigrated to Australia and was followed by the next 2 sisters Mary and Alice in the 1920s. James Johnston Nuttall also emigrated in 1920 at the age of 19. Catherine, the youngest sister remained in Worsley marrying Thomas Pollitt. Martha and Joseph had a son also named Joseph, who I think moved to Sidmouth at some time. Can anyone fill in any gaps please.

red mail Joseph Dealtry
I am looking for information on Joseph Dealtry, born c1812 in Yorkshire, who married Ann Taylor in Manchester in 1844. He was a butcher and they had several children. I think Joseph died in 1892. I am wondering if he is the same Joseph Dealtry who married Sarah Hammond in Shrewsbury in 1836. They seem to be to Manchester by 1841. Sarah was living with William Davenport by 1851, recorded as Dealtry on the census record. William and Sarah had several children, all registered as Davenport Dealtry/Daltry. I can't find a record of a marriage between Sarah and William. One of their sons was my great grandfather, registered as William Davenport Daltry, later William Davenport (various spellings).
