I'm doing my mothers family tree and not getting far at all, I need as muchhelp and info as anyone is willing to offer. All I know is thst my mother was born at 34 Green Street Morecambe, which is know longer there, she was born in 1921, her mother was Edith Annie late Thompson former Myers from bradford, my mothers farther, who is who I am really trying to find is, Joseph Warhurst a car driver (gararg). So please please if you know anything at all get in touch. Susan. Also if anyone has any info or pics of that address I would be very greatfull if you could let me have copies.

Olive, Dorothy and Jack Burrell were the children of Margaret Ann (nee Russell) and Willie Austin Burrell.

I am looking for info on a G Teesdale and an F De Jong who were witnesses at my g aunt and uncle's wedding Beryl and Tom Phillips at Wandsworth Reg Off May 1st 1909. It is poss that these two witnesses were in the theatrical trade as my rel's were performers.Was De Jong a high class decorator and plasterer who worked on the Palace Cinema in Scarborough or a conductor of an orchestra in Morcambe?

Isaiah Rickus died on 23rd February 1919 at 61 Chatsworth Road, Morecambe. He had an extensive career in the Postal Service until he retired from Bury in 1904. Did the local rag in Morecambe give him an obituary? That is your challenge should you chose to accept it! Kim in Tasmania
