red mail BROWN, Henry
I am trying to find some information about my g grandfather, Henry Brown; he was born September 5,1858 in Shorne or Shorncliffe (stated in our family Bible). His father was Nelson F. Brown and married to Elizabeth; and Henry was a Blacksmith by trade and that is all I have found about them. However, in the 1881 Census for Canada, UK and USA, it shows in the Family report that Henry was the head for the household, his wife, Catherine and Robert Brown lived together; I have been told that Henry had a brother, Robert who was born in Ontario. Their Ethnic Race was declared to be Irish decent. Prior to 1879, Henry immigrated to Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada; he married Catherine Robertson in December of 1879 in Annan, Ontario, Canada and they had a son, Charles Nelson Brown, my grandfather. And he married Alice Alean Clemett; they were both Canadian born. If there is anyone that knew these families, I would be greatly appreciative for their imput. Thank you, Shirley and Gerry (from Canada)

Hi, looking for the death of Robert Wilson and his wife Sarah Jane (my grgrgrandparents). Robert b. 1840 Highwood Essex and Sarah J. b. 1846 Luddesdown Kent. They lived in Shorne Kent census 1901, 9 Station Road, Vicarage Row. No one seems to know in my family when they died. I think Robert was still alive in the year the Titanic sank, because I found an entry about this happening in a birthday book belonging to him. But I'm not sure if he wrote this in the book. Any help grately appreciated. i live in the netherlands so I can't visit any Record Offices. Thank you.
