I am trying to find information about Thomas Hogsflesh who was Miller at Otford Mill probably from the 1750's to his death in 1789. He married Anne Round from Shoreham in 1749 and had three sons: Thomas, William and John. I think that Thomas was born elsewhere (possibly in Orpington/Chislehurst area). Can anyone help. On 24th July 1874 at Otford Parish Church the marriage was recorded between widower Edward Bush Brittenden, a 58 year old labourer, and Harriet Emery, a 48 year old spinster. Her father was named as Richard Emery, a labourer. Wonder if anybody has the names Brittenden and/or Emery in their family tree. Regards Alfred.
