I wonder if anyone has any local knowledge, specifically in regard to Park Farm. My Grandfather was born in the Oast House there in 1930. His mother was in service there and I wondered who the owners / farmers were at that time. Any help would be most appreciated.

looking for any family history of the bell family from hadlow kent. the furthest back research in australia has gone is to thomas bell born alvechurch worcestershire married ales gawton , ales died in 1588 at east peckham kent. their son christopher bell born 1557 died 1606 married ann lessard born 1557 hadlow kent died 1620 hadlow kent . my direct ancestor to this bell line is robert(robin) bell who emigrated to australia from mereworth kent in the 1830's with his wife mercy cox and their children, robert and mercy are my gggg grandparents. they were the first of my descendants on this side of my family to emigrate to australia.

Researching Robert LIPSCOMBE baptised 8.11.1719 in Hadlow, Kent who married Elizabeth WEBB in 1745 at Hadlow and was buried in Tonbridge 1798. His father was John LIPSCOMB who lived in Hadlow. Looking to share information with other researchers to help me get further back on this line.

James Richard Saville (born 3/2/1859 in Clapton, Middlesex) married Mary Streeter, daughter of Thomas and Mary Streeter, in 1889. They settled in Hadlow and three of their children were born there Edith Sarah (1890) Louisa (1893) and James Thomas (1895), they later moved to West Peckham and three more children were born Ethel Jane (1898), May Mafeking (1900) and Dorothy Josephine (1907). Mary also had a daughter Harriet Emma Streeter who was born out of wedlock in 1887 at Rotherfield in Sussex. James (my grandfather) and Louisa both migrated to Australia - Louisa after her marriage in 1912 to Edward J Brooks. Ethel married John R. Easton in Kent in 1918 and May married George Blackley in Bolton in 1920 Any information on any of these family members and their descendants would be appreciated
