Does anyone have any information on William Hale WILLATS or his father William. I have the following information from Alumni Oxonienses; "William Hale Willats born at Tours, France, IS. William, arm. Christ Church College, Matric. 8 Jun 1854, aged 17; BA 1858,of Denton Court, Kent, J.P., High Sheriff 1883, bar-at-Law, Lincoln's Inn, 1860."(see Foster's Men at the Bar & Eton School Lists) Born; Abt.1836 in Tours, France to William WILLATS Married; Julia Ruperta MURRAY in Brentford, 7 JUL 1875 Died; 1893 East Hampstead, BRK His wife Julia Ruperta MURRAY (born.1856 Whitton Pk, Middx; died 30 Mar 1949). She apparently was a keen Cattle breader.
