My 3rd great grandmother was called Elizabeth, born Clodock in either 1781 or 1777, she married a Thomas James and moved to the Rockfield area of Monmouth. In the 1851 census she is living Whitestone Farm in Rockfield with her children James James and Mary Ann James. Any ideas would really be appreciated.

Has anyone got Albert Yelverton Watkins b 1873 at The Farm Llantillio Pertholey,Monmouth.He married Elizabeth Jane Howard b 1877 at Michaelchurch Esckley. Elizabeths father was William Howard,they lived at Lower House Michaelchurch Esckley, Herefordshire. They both died young Albert in 1913 age 39 and Elizabeth sometime before 1915. They had children William Albert b 1897, Emily Jane b 1898,she had a son Leslie R Watkins b 23.03.1917 . Hannah Eliza b 1900 Arthur John b 1901 Jessie Mary b 1903 Harry Yelverton b Dec 1903 Annie E b 1905,she died June 1933 and was married to William Albert Yeomans.She was adopted by her mothers brother and his wife when she was a baby. If anyone has any information on any of these people I would be so pleased to hear from you.

I am looking for information on a James Williams born abt 1796 in Clodock. he married an Elizabeth Cross in Clodock on the 7 jul 1827 and had 9 children John, George, Elizabeth, Mary, James, Ann, Sarah, Eliza and William. Elizabeth Cross was born in 1807 in Allensmore.

Thomas GARRETT b about 1765
My great-great-great-grandfather Thomas GARRETT claimed - in a parish document dated 1843 - to have been born in Clodock in about 1765. It is possible that his mother was Rebeccah GARRETT, who is the only GARRETT I have found in the village around that time. Does anyone have information on either of these people, or other local GARRETTs, please?

Richard Reece my 6Great grandfather was Vicar of Clodock from 1722-1736. His son,also Richard was vicar from 1736-1757. Does anyone know anything from this time. I would be grateful for any information.
