Born 19 October 1907, Trinity Gardens, Fareham to Olive Grace TAULBUT spinster. Looking for information regarding my aunt known as "Patty". Gwendoline Ivy TAULBUT was born to my grandmother while she was working as a domestic servant for Colonel Garstin in Locksheath. No father was entered on the birth certificate. Aunt "Patty" went into service herself at an early age and later married Alfred MALLENDER in 1929 and settled in Eastleigh nr Southampton. Alfred MALLENDER worked for the railways after WW2. Gwendoline Ivy and Alfred MALLENDER had poss. 5 children (twins incl) between 1933 and 1939 - Alfred, Amy, Roger, Ann & ? Hoping someone knows these surnames.

Looking for information about my Great Aunt Eva Eugenie Green she was born in 1896 (probably in Havant) and married Harry Meritt, who had a garage in Fareham (older family members remember that he had a tow truck converted from an old Rolls Royce). One of the Children of Harry Meritt and Eva Meritt nee Green emmigrated to New Zealand. Eva had two Sisters, Ida Mary Green and Ivy Green. Ida Mary is my Grandmother and she married Arthur Manley Hotson of Havant and Ivy Married a Harry Bulbeck. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.

Born Fareham 21st September 1917 to Ida Dorothy TUCKER twins Percy and Harold TUCKER at what looks like Fareham Workhouse on the certificate of baptism. Seeking help with finding their families. Did they marry? Have children? I am their niece on only just found info ( Daughter of their brother Maurice, whom they probably never knew of as he was fostered and born 5 years after them.) Really wish to make contact with family. Any help appreciated. Percy lived in Southampton and died aged 79 January 2nd 1997, married to Jessie Elizabeth TUCKER (Maiden name not known). Harold lived Portsmouth. Died aged 78, at Portsmouth, late 1996.Not known if Harold had married.Help needed urgently to find living relatives, want to catch up and re-unite families.

Seeking any information about John Gilbert Treacher c1849 and Henrietta Jones c1850, my G G Grandparents and any of their 14 children, in particular Beatrice Gilberta Treacher c1872 and my Grandfather Edward James Treacher c1876 Freshwater Isle of Wight. He died in Western Australia 1935. I cannot find a military record for him in either England or Aust but as he received an ex soldiers land grant in Australia, he had to have served one or other country. Perhaps he was in the Boer War. I do have dates of birth etc for this family and records of naval service but I would like to know more general information if possible. Hope someone out there is a decendant and would like to get in touch.

Any information on siblings of Arthur Hamilton Lee (Lord lee of fareham). Born in Dorset in 1868, but raised by Miss Paterson from age of four years. Believed to be brother to Mathew Thomas Lee married to Georgina Johanson (Johnson). Their son John Lee is my husbands father and I am curious to know if the rumours are correct that we are related to Lord lee of Fareham who donated Chequers to the Nation as a Prime ministers residence. not sure where to start so any help is appreciated.

Ellen MEAD married Robert WALKER at Fareham in 1910. They had a son named Percy Harold WALKER b June 1911, also at Fareham. Robert WALKER was killed at sea during WW1 in autumn 1914. Ellen later married Thomas NEWELL at Eastry, Kent in 1916. What happened to Percy? I can find no record of his death, yet he was never known to have lived with his mother and her new husband. Could he have been taken in by his grandparents or other family members? Would dearly love to find out where Percy disappeared and am happy to share extensive researches relating to these families. Looking for information on the family of Elizabeth Maria Stratton born 1845 to Olive Stratton. I suspect she belongs to the family of William and Sarah, with children Elizabeth, Maria, James, possibly Sarah and hopefully Olive.
