Is anyone researching the family of Milo Lloyd and his wife Ann (Halford) and their family? They married 16 September 1854 at Newland Parish Church and had 5 (known) children. Milo was born/baptised 19 May 1836 Berry Hill and died/buried 10 July 1918 Luzerne, Pa USA.

My 3 x great grandmother was Elizabeth CRADDOCK. She married William PARKER in Cheltenham in 1826. Her father was Thomas CRADDOCK. I know that her mother was Mary (nee RICE). However, I have not been able to find where she was baptised. Her birth year varies from 1801 to 1805 and she came from the Tewkesbury area. John Parker died in 1839 in Tewkesbury and Elizabeth married James GRAINGER in 1844 in Tewkesbury. They moved to Claines, Droitwich, Worcestershire. James died in 1863 and Elizabeth herself died in 1891 at the age of 90. I believe she had an older sister, Sarah, who also married a Grainger - Henry - in 1810. Any help would be appreciated. She married 12th August 1914 as a spinster with a son Frederick born 12th February 1906 at Aldershot and was entered as the wife of George Arthur Isitt who enlisted for military service on 10th August 1914. What became of Annie and her son Frederick as they have not been entered in the Isitt family histories and this is a new discovery since obtaining the army records. Their address was 25 Stroud Road (crossed out ) and replaced with Ripley House Siffley? Avenue Gloucester. The names of two witnesses apparantly on marriage certificate were A. Harris and Ellen Trigg.

Robert and William HYDE - Winscombe , Somerset - Gloucestershire
I have a bit of a brick wall with the HYDE family in my tree. My g-g-grandfather William HYDE was born in Winscombe, Somerset in abou 1820. From his marriage certificate I know that his father was shoemaker/cordwainer Robert HYDE. Robert was apparently born in Gloucestershire around 1799(perhaps in Gloucester) and died in the workhouse at Merthyr Tydfil in 1861. I have no idea who his wife was. William HYDE also lived in Merthyr Tydfil / Dowlais from at the latest 1850, when he married my g-g-grandmother Mary DANIEL b Carmarthen, 1830. I cannot find either William HYDE nor his father Robert in the 1841 census. Any suggestions? connections?

He worked as a shoemaker and was listed as a member of the Burlington Quaker meeting in 1704. He and Elizabeth Woolman, aunt of John Woolman the renown Quaker minister, were married in 1708. Their children were Robert, John, Elizabeth and Samuel. William Woolman emigrated with John, his only child and Elizabeth's father, from Painswick to Burlington County in 1678. I am looking for any information on Elijah Ralph. There may be a mystery with the name, as on the 1891 census the family name was Ralph. On the 1881 census the family name was Gould. Elijah was born c1838 in Gloucestershire. He married Eliza and children were, Annie Cawson, Florence,Ellen, Ada,Amelia Alice and in 1891 census an adopted son, Harold Leonard Dunn, who I believe became Harold Leonard Ralph, my husbands grandfather. I am looking for information on Frederick Moore i know he is a relation but i don't know how. He died, and i also think, born in gloucester. He is buried in Horten Road cementry and died 22nd July 1930 aged 85-86. I don't know what parish they were. Looking for all family Connected with the Hawkins Family. George Hawkins and Rachel Carter married in the Ebernezer Chapel District of Cheltenham April 2nd 1850 George was a Tailor and Rachel Carter a Spinster. Georges father was also George Hawkins. Rachels father was Cornelius Carter.
MAY James George c1814 (a saddle/harness maker) married STRATTON Sarah Ann (a dress maker) in Hampshire BEF 1844. They lived in Wooton-Under-Edge, Glos which was where James George MAY was born. Their children included: Mary Ann c1844; George B c1847; Mary Louise c1848; Emily c1851; James Alfred c1921; John c1858; Sarah E c1861. After their first two children they moved from Wooton-Under-Edge to Brighton and then around areas such as Camberwell Surrey and St Pancras. They finally settled in Stepney, Middlesex.

IGI has her "of" Dodmington or Dodington, but 1851 census puts birthplace at Withycombe and 1861 at Witchcombe. Most likely birthdate is mid-1780s. Mary VINES married Edward HERBERT (c.1758-1820) at Prestbury GLS 23 December 1790. Thereafter they had 10 children born 1792-1803 Prestbury, 1806-1808 and 1814 Sapperton, 1811 Frampton Mansell. All GLS. Both, with descendants, buried at Miserden GLS. Edward was Captain Royal Navy, career fairly well known.

His wife was known as Ginny but I am not sure what this was short for. When Ginny died he went to live with hissister, Bette, in Bath. Does anyone know anything about him?
