I have an amusing handwritten account, in verse, of the 'Addlestrap Feast' held at The White Hart Hotel, Stow on the Wold. No date but probably late 1700's or early 1800's. Several guests are partially named, e.g. "Miss Br--kes", also details of the food served and the dancing. Does anyone have further information?

Currently researching the Tidmarsh family of Adlestrop, in particular the two Thomas Tidmarshes (cousins), both born around 1750. One of them is my ancestor but have not quite worked out which! The Tidmarsh family also have some connection with the nearby village of Broadwell in the second half of the 17C. Geoff
