Looking for any information about the Welsh ancestry of Thomas Williams born in Wales c 1843 and Mary Ann Jenkins born c 1853. Mary Ann was also from Wales and born c 1853. Mary Ann's parents were Thomas Jenkins and Sarah (unk) It seems Mary Ann and her brothers Henry and James came to Australia, most likely in the early 1860s, with their father and possibly after the death of their mother Sarah. Thomas Williams and the Jenkins boys were miners working in the coal mines in Newcastle Australia. Thomas Williams was killed in a mining accident in 1895. His wife Mary Ann lived until 1934. They had nine children.
