Can anyone help me please. David Isaac jones was born 12th October, 1892 in Southern Wales. His father is shown on his wedding certificate as James - occupation Fruiterer. He was married in Worcester in 1917 (date unreadable) to Isabel Mary Roy born 1st March 1887. On his death certificate his mother could be either Eliza, Helen or Ellen. He could also have been bourn in Clydach, Gilfach Goch or 46 Clydach Road Blae???? (this address is shown on his WW1 discharge papers). Any help would be apprecited.

Please can anyone help in providing information regarding the Wilson family. Details i have are Mrs Wilson was living in Gilfach around the 1890s and was respected in the community for her voluntary work in the church of Wales laying out bodies for burial at around that time. She is my Great Grandmother and any information would be welcomed. She had a son called Val Wilson and a daughter Thersa Emma Bessie my Grandmother.

We are trying to trace the history of David and Mildred Watkins who left Gilfach Goch in the late 1920's to go the opening of the Kent coal fields. They were from a large mining family and any information would be most welcome. We know they used to live next door to the Redmond family .

Allen, William & Margaret
I am searching for any information on my grt grandparents and any relatives, William Allen b 1895 d 1972 and Margaret Allen (nee Roberts) b 1902. They both lived in Gilfach Goch but sometime during their marriage they moved to Bath, Somerset, this is were most of our family now lives. They had seven children, my grandmother being the 2nd oldest. My grt grandfather worked in the mines until ill health forced him to stop, hence the move.
