red mail Flemming French Kemp
Lived at Haywards House Hutton in 1911. He died in 1944 and was still in that area. His wife was called Minnie nee Winnie Minnie Phillipson. There were two daughters Marjorie Alice French Kemp b.1903 married Jay Browne in 1927 and Joyce Mary French Kemp b.1906 who married Peter Kemp Tippett in 1930. I would like to hear from any descendants.
Brooks Eldred Sulley
I am trying to trace the ancestors of Tedington William J Brooks who was born in Hutton in 1873 to William Edward Brooks (who was born in 1850 in a village near Braintree in the Lexden Reg district - who was his wife?). Did Tedington marry Louisa Emily ELDRED or was it Lucy Eliza R SULLEY in 1901? Are these local families and does anyone have any information on them please?
John Dansey 1841 census
My GGGGrandfather appears in Hutton in the 1841 census and then "migrates" to Navestock. He is a member of John & Mary Crush's household who were born circa 1786-1791. Also at the same address were their children John, Isabella and Lucy. Does anyone know of this family please?
red mail BEADEL FAMILY
I AM LOOKING FOR INFO ON WILLIAM JAMES BEADEL HE WAS M.P FOR CHELSMFORD IN THE 1800`S ANY INFO WOULD BE GREAT .. IF ANYONE HAS A PHOTOGRAPH THAT HE MAY HAVE BEEN IN THAT WOULD BE FANTASTIC. Variant: Beadle.
Willey
Looking for details for family of Rachel WILLEY (b 1803 in Hutton) and who married John BUNDUCK/BUNDOCK/BUNDICK at Great Burstead in 1823.
RAYNER FRENCH
Edward RAYNER (bapt. 25 Mar. 1735 at Glemsford, Suffolk), married at Glemsford 9 Sept. 1755 Sarah BEETON. They may have moved to Hutton, for their daughter, Rosetta RAYNER married John FRENCH, and resided in Hutton, where their daughter, Rosetta FRENCH(born Fore Street in the parish of St Giles, Cripplegate 15 Jan. 1793) married 12 April 1812 at Hutton, George Fife ANGAS from Newcastle-on-Tyne. He was Chairman of the South Australian Company, and considered to be "the Founder & Father of South Australia" There is much biographical information about him, but I would like to discover more about the FRENCH & RAYNER background and connections.
red mail Malden nee Page
My great aunt Hallie Louise Rutland Page from Hutton, Essex, married Clifford Malden in 1915. I am trying to find where Hallie or her descendants ended up. Any info greatly appreciated.
red mail OFFIN and CHANT
Not my direct line but I am interested in Mary Ann OFFIN 1807-1890 from this important local family. She married Samuel CHANT 1799-1844 and they had four children. Samuel and two of the children, John William 1834-1838 and Elizabeth Mary 1840-1844, are buried in Hutton cemetery. Samuel and Elizabeth died the same day so what tragedy lurks to be found?
