I am looking for details on an Elizabeth Cade born 14/2/1782 at Newton St Cyres. Father was William Cade and mother Sara Herring. Elizabeth married Phillip Thorne on 10/9/1808 at Newton St Cyres. Believed they stayed in England. They had two sone - George and John Thorne who emigrated to Australia as free settlers in 1841. Appreciate any help Regards Malcolm

My third great grandfather was William Packer born around 1791 in Newton St. Cyres, Devon. He married Jane Colton in 1815 in Blackawton. Their son Samuel married Ann Prout in Blackawton in 1842. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has aconnection this this family.
