Mary (b.1888) and Annie (b.1891) Fining of Brampton were sisters. They married the above names respectively in the early 1900's and had children of their own: Charles, Edward & Doris Roberts James, Jack, Alfred, Ernest & Dorothy Green. Lowe family, Brampton
My great-aunt Prudence Marsden married Thomas Lowe (a miner) in 1881 at St Thomas church. They lived at New Hall Road and had 9 children: Elizabeth 1883; John Arthur 1884; Elsie 1888; Percy 1891; Fanny 1893; Florence 1895; Annie 1897; Clarence 1900; and Tom 1903. Would love to find anyone who can help piece together more about this large family - have lots of information to share on Prudence's family going back to 1807.
The Rookery, Brampton Chesterfield
My great-grandfather Robert Cannon and his family lived in Brampton for many years, while his cousin Charles Fining and family lived in a nearby cluster of houses called The Rookery (now demolished).
