In the name of God Amen, I Hugh Gaskin of Aston upon Trent in the County of Derbyshire being sick and weak but of perfect memory Blessed be God for it do here make my Last Will and Testament as ffirst I give my soul to Almighty God that gave it me and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Buried by my Executor.
