red mail Robson
Matthew Robson married Mary about 1788 Mary was born Scotland and Matthew in Northumberland abt 1752.They were Presbyterians and I have had no luck in finding their marriage. As they lived in the Falstone area of Northumberland I thought it possible that they could have married in Bewcastle (not far as the crow flies) and it has a Scotch Church. Has anyone come across them please?

red mail Elliott / Bewcastle
My GG grandfather was George Elliott born in 1835 at Bewcastle, Cumberland to John and Jane(Jenny) Elliott. He was one of 12 children and become a miner in Durham. He married in about 1856 Elizabeth Jane Arkless from Blyth and had 9 children of his own. Some of his sons migrated to Autralia in the 1880's. I am seeking the decendants of his children or siblings.
red mail Goodfellow
I am tracing my family tree and looking for relatives of John Goodfellow who was born at Scaleby a few miles south west of Bewcastle, in 1830/31. There are 56 Goodfellows buried in Bewcastle cemetary, hence my interest in the area.
