Hello, I am seeking information regarding the five daughters of Samuel Dower, a tin miner of Wendron, Cornwall and his wife Rosina (nee Kitchen who was born in Helston) The sisters all from Wendron were named: Emma Jane, born in 1872; (who married Henry Faulkner/Fauckner of Redruth) Edith, born in 1874; (who married William Gluyas?) Priscilla Beatrice, born in 1879; (who married William Gluyas of Medlyn Moor) Harriet, born in 1880; (possibly known as Hetty?) - Harriet spent most of her adult life living and working in the Falmouth and Plymouth areas; and Elizabeth, born in 1886; (who married Simon Solomon Reed of Halabezak Farm, Wendron) - Elizabeth and Simon left Cornwall to live in Glamorgan, South Wales. he emigrated with his parents & siblings on 'Cheapside' in 1849 to Strathalbyn South Australia. He's the only one I haven't been able to trace after he was on the goldfields in Victoria in 1853. Any help would be most appreciated.

Richard is from Wendron area, his fathers name was William Henry Moyle who married Margaret James (nee Tresidder).Joseph was born March 1876. William Henry's father was..William. Joseph and Margaret's son Frederick Albert migrated to Australia. One of William Henry's relatives or brother may have also migrated to Australia to Victoria. Grace Penaluna and John Goldsworth had a son John Cullis Goldsworthy born 20 Sep 1812 in Crowan and died 1901 in Australia who married Jane Jewell.

Children of Benjamin BESANKO and Anne WILLIAMS included Benjamin, William, Elizabeth Grace (married PENGILLY) , John Michael, Ellen and Margaret. Family of Benjamin BESANKO and Anne WILLIAMS emigrated to South Australia in 1849. Surname BESANKO has suffered many mis-spellings including BOSANCOBESSANKE BOSANKO and more rarely BOSANQUET.
