Shandbody in Clackmannanshire
I am wanting to find the location of this place. It is either a rural home, or a farm in Clackmannanshire. Searching in the usual places (ScotlandsPlaces, Google etc) has produced no results. Can anyone help me find it's location. Thanks
red mail Neish
Help!!!, does anyone out there have a Euphan Neish born 1715 on their family tree? I searched the whole of Scotland and can only find 2 in the correct time frame, both born to the same parents. One born 1710 the other 1715,parents John Neish and Helen Stirline. Births in Alloa. My problem is logic dictates that my 5xgrgrandfather should be named Thomas Hodge and I've found a Thomas married to a Euphan Neish but no son John. However, also in Alloa in the same period there is a John born to a James Hodge and Euphan Neish. Is this a mistake should it be Thomas and Euphan- they had 3 other children, and I can find no other children with parents James and Euphan. Would be grateful for any help. Val
