William Eversden Esq. - (Toft - Cambridgeshire)
William Eversden, b. Jan 1671, died Jan.1735 Toft, and is buried within the church there. At the time Toft and the surrounding area was well known for its dissenters to the established church, this making confirmation of baptisms, marriage and deaths a little tricky, and although the parish records at Toft are well recorded and looked after, I would like to know if anyone could give me any information on William's wife or wives. I believe from the records that he was married twice ?, both called Mary, and he had eight children between 1701 and 1713. Were these children to his first or second wife ?, his will mentions only bequests to some of these eight. Maybe there was only one wife, and the records have become mixed up ? Anybody help me please ?? Thanks, Brian

These were 4 of the younger Mynott children of James Mynott b. 1748 and Dinah Bunting b. 1752. red mail Jasper Carter's at West Wickham - (West Wickham - Cambridgeshire)
Jasper Carter (1) married Mary Adkin or Attkin at West Wickham Jan 15th 1707. Jasper Carter (2) married Mary Lidszell at West Wickham Oct 13th 1751. Jasper (1) and Mary Adkin had probably twelve children between 1708 and 1730, none found named Jasper. Jasper (2) and Mary Lidszell had only one child Jasper (3) bapt. Dec 24th 1752. On May 8th 1755 Jasper (2) Carter - Mary Lidszell's husband was buried at West Wickham. Were Jasper (1) and (2) actually one who married twice? If he was about 20 when first married he would be about 68 in 1751 and about 70 when he died. Can anyone provide information on his age at marriages and death?
