Was my Grandfather, born Cottenham in 1874. Lived in in Willingham, Chesterton in 1891. Seeking his parentage. Grandparents appeared to be John and Sarah Cox, 97 Lambs Lane, Beckenham, Kent. Henry John was a milkman, Married Eliza Moore at Cottenham, had 5 children, he took on a small holding at 35 Cootes Lane, Fen Drayton where he lived with daughter Ruby and died in 1951 at Fen Drayton. Discovered Mother is Martha Cox, Father could be from the Spackman household.

Our Howletts lived in Cottenham. John Howlett married Mary and had children Mary 12 Oct 1767,Elizabeth 14 Jan 1770,John 29 November 1779,Susanna 19 March 1780,William 13 Oct 1783 and Oliver 10 November 1786.Oliver was born after his fathers death which was 23Augst 1786 he was 45 years old and had been a shepherd. . John jnr. married Alice Smith 15 January 1799.
