Does anyboby have any information on the Griffin family who lived in Maids Moreton between circa 1840 to 1920 and also may have connections with the Griffin family in nearby Buckingham and Thornborough. Thanks.
red mail King Family
I am looking for information about the King family who lived in Maids Moreton in the 1800s. I believe my maternal great grandfather was Joseph King born c1817. He was married to Rachel Seaton.
red mail Bonner
Am researching my direct family members who came from Maids Moreton in the 1800's. Interested to exchange with others who have information or interest in the Bonner family or descendants. Thanks. Roy
red mail Searching for a friend
I am searching for a friend I have had no contact with for a year. Her name is Marie Clark (nee Elkington). She married Kevin Clark in August 2004 and has a son called Joe. We used to write letters quite regularly but I have had no replies since this time last year. I would love to know what she and her family are up to now.
red mail Nichols
I have traced the nichols Family on mothers side which goes back to circa 1800 as farm labourers in maids moreton. Any relations out there?
I am looking for Martha Allen (Emmerton). She was born in 1826 and had her son George Allen in Maids Moreton in 1847. She was married to Thomas Allen from Foscott their daughter Ann Allen was born in Foscott in 1850, just two weeks before Marthas death. So far I have been unable to find Marthas birth or a marriage for her. I assume she would have been married in her own parish and maybe had her first child there. I have her age from the burial record.
