Hi, I am looking for the baptism of Harriet Ayers 1807, in cheddington or nearby. She says she was born in cheddington in more than one census, but married Thomas Stevens (born 1808 in Berkhamstead)in Tring in 1837.

I believe that Joseph Hurnall 1756-1817 married to Elizabeth Seabrook had Mary in 1771, Thomas in 1774, Joseph in 1779, Elizabeth in 1780 and Hannah in 1786. Grateful for any further info on Thomas Hurnall.

Researching the Beilby family (often spelt Bilby or Bilbey). Particularly Henry Beilby b abt 1826 in Cheddington. He Married Jane b abt 1825-31. She gives her place of birth as Buttermilk, Bucks, Tring, Herts and Helstrop, Bucks! Their first child James was born in Puttenham and their subsequent 9 children were born in Cheddington. Any help would be appreciated especially as to who his parents were as I can't find them on the Parish records.

My great grandfather Daniel Pickett was born in Cheddington. His grandparents were Millins and Dollimores who lived in the area for several generations previously.
