Searching for information regarding the "Grenville Arms" in the village of Burnham. My Great Grandfather Walter Winch was Beerhouse keeper in 1871 along with his wife Martha Hesta. Probably not still standing but would be interested if anyone has any photos or info regarding this Inn. Also listed as a residence of Eliza Hesta in 1861 was an Inn "The Alms" also in Burnham. Jeremiah Dell in Dorney is related to John and Sarah Dell.nee Webb(from about 1750 onwards) who origanate in the Burnham District but I believe they were a large family. We know Jeremiah is a chairmaker like John was in Bucks. We do have Wills confirming links.

I need some help please with possibly fitting Elizabeth Winch (1778) into my family tree. She is in the 1851 census with daughter Mary Till (b: 1807) and grandson William (1838). Does anyone know her maiden name or date of death. Elizabeth was born in Cippenham, Oxfordshire but lived in Buckinghamshire (both counties being very close to each other). Any information would be very grateful. I also have no information as to Mary's husband's date of birth.

I am researching Ellen Peck born 1832 in Cippenham the Liberty of Burnham. She married William Hawkins born 1828 who came from Kingsclere, Hampshire. Their children were Alfred, George, John, Mary and Sarah Hawkins. Sadly Ellen died aged 32 and William remarried Sarah Heayhow and they had a family. Martha Sawyer(nee Cordery) died 15 September 1873 Burnham Buckingham. Any Information on Cordery or Ingram families Please.
