I am trying to find my grandfathers siblings, and so far I have done very well, one brother however has still to be found. The brother I am looking for is a John Michael(Jack) Taylor he was married to Doris Franzmann and they had, as far as I know I daughter Christine. I have little information on this family, but the one thing I do know is that in the 1960's Uncle Jack had a cafe in the Dunstable Downs area.

Edlesborough, Dunstable
Glass Bottle Row, Edlesborough, were thirteen cottages adjoining Broomstick Cottage, behind 8 High Street, Edlesborough, demolished in the 1890s. The Docking Heritage Group are researching a Glass Bottle Row in Docking, Norfolk, and have no idea how the street got its name. Does anyone know why Edlesborough's Row was so called?

Can anyone help me? I am trying to trace Robert Glover or his decendants. He is named on my baptismal certificate as my father. I was born in 1939 in Dunstable, and adopted in l941 when I was 18 months old to a couple in Newcastle. I traced my birth mother when I was 50 and cannot seem to have any success at all in tracing Robert Glover or his family. It could be that his family do not know of my existence. I have two daughters and would like to get this information for them. I would greatly appreciate any help.
