George Stewart was born in 1799. His grave marker in Ontario says he was from County Monaghan. His wife was Mary Harper. He probably came to Canada around 1823. Have information that says his parents are George Stuart and Margaret Morrow and they attended the Cahans church. Looking for their Scottish Roots.

Any information please on Hugh Larkin, occup. Farmer, a Roman Catholic born in the 1810/20's. His son Simon Larkin born around 1846. Possible link to the Carrickmacross area of Corrcreagh or Lissiril. Simon left Ireland during the 1860's for Jarrow, South Shields, Co Durham. All through his working life he worked as an Iron shearer in the shipyards.

Can someone help me to find the Census for 1871? I am looking for Simon and Ellen Clarke Also this may give me information to when and where they were born. Ellen Clarke was Ellen Drumgold before she married. Simon & Ellen came to Lancashire, England in the 1870's. This has puzzled me for 2 years, so am hoping someone can help me. Looking for information on James Corbett(b 1787 in Monaghan) and family who were from Monaghan ireland. James married an Elizabeth - Conlon I think - June 9 1821 in Monaghan. In my photo album, I have a pic of "Aunt Betty McQuaig?McQuaid?" taken in Monaghan.I would think that this is either a sister of James - hence nee Corbett - or a sister of Elizabeth who may have had maiden name Conlon.
