red mail Henry Eager born 1827, christened 1836 St Leonards (Aug 06 Red)
I am trying to track down the parents of Henry Eager. I believe they are John and Mary. The Mary could be Mary Rutland born 1812 but this is a guess. The Father could be Jonathon and it could be Eger, Egar or Eggar...my spelling is hopeless too. I have the familiy line from Henry onwards. Married Eliza at St Georges Southwark, had four children Eliza, Fredrick, Emma and Charles( born 1867), Charles Married Hephzibah Bartle and had 2 children Charles 1899 and Grace 1902. Charles was my grandfather. He married Emily Swain in late 1920's, two sons Charles and Stanley. Stanley is my father who married Hilda Stemp in 1950's

green mail WESTLEY DAVIS (Aug 10 Green)
Hi I am looking for any info on my GG Grandparents Thomas Westley & Phoebe Davis who were married at St Leonards, Shoreditch on 23rd Jan 1821. I am researching my Great Grandfather George DAVIS who married Ulletta ROWE in 1881. According to Marriage certificate his father was Robert Davis a writer. I have been having difficulties finding birth Vol and Page numbers which are required for certificates to be issued via GRO. According to a Family Search International Genealogical Index search Robert Henry DAVIS and his wife Eliza Jarratt had a child George F DAVIS born 1859 at Hoxton, London England but I still have had no luck finding any other record. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

red mail John Mullen- ex Cameronian Regiment (Feb 10 Red)
I am trying to find information on a John Mullen who was a Rifleman with the Cameronian Regiment in 1940. His Army number is 3244082. He might have worked in the NAAFI while he was in the Cameronian regiment, also as an electrical welder. He was also last heard of out of the army and working as a chef in the Heathrow area during the late 1960`s or 70`s. John Mullen was born in 1916 in Scotland so realistically if he is not already deceased he would be 94 years of age. He married Emily Ann Clements in London in December 1939 and they lived for a while in the Shoreditch area. By 1949 they had seperated. His father was also a John Mullen and was a coalminer in Scotland. He died at a fairly young age, between 1915 and 1939, as we know he was deceased by the time his son John married in December 1939. If anyone can help with any information at all on either John Mullen junior or senior, particularly a place of birth, please get in touch. I am asking on behalf of a close relative who is very anxious to trace him or any of his descendants. Many thanks, Linda.
