Adopted sisters
I am looking to trace ancestors of my great aunts Alice Irving born 1909 and Eleanor Irving born 1911 in West Derby. Their father was called William Irving and their mothers maiden name was Healigan. They were separated from their older sister (my grandmother) in 1911 and placed in a Liverpool orphanage. Despite over 100 years passing they are often thought about and were never forgotten. None of my remaining family have any idea what happened to them after 1911. Can anyone help?
