HI, I am looking for Francis Thomas Brown, married Emily Jane Langman in Lewisham in December 1885. I am looking for any information I can find on there Parents and Siblings. I do know that they went to India as my grandmother was born there , her brothers are:Arthur William Brown Alexander Hebert ' John Malcolm Horscroft ' and a sister : Olive As for my Gr. Gradnfather I have only got that he was born in 1861 in Linfield, Sussex.They Immigrated to Winnipeg Manitoba somewhere between 1901 and 1910.I am hoping someone over there will have some information as I am at a dead end here. Leonard Lye was living in Harwich Place, Lewisham in 1918 and sometime in 1920 his wife Clara came to live there too. They moved to a shop in Blackheath later but I am trying to find Clara's maiden name and family, can find nothing about their families but I think he was born about 1878 and probably was in WW1. I am looking for the family of Henry Solomon Still born Lewisham (or Lee) c.1899, son of Edwin James and Alice Still. Henry married Violet Maud Coleman or Collman in Lewisham in 1943 and they came to Australia with their son, Henry (Harry) Edwin, in 1955. Harry Edwin Still was my daughter's father-in-law and I am researching the family tree for my grandchildren.

Thomas was born 25th june 1871.in Lewisham then in Kent . Parents were Thomas Henry Paine and Jane Paine (Nee Fenner). I can trace him in the 1881 and 1891 census then nothing, can trace all his siblings and parents through to 1911 census but no sign of Thomas. The surname can be spelt Paine, Pain,Payne and Payn
