Does anyone have any information about Joyce Docherty (nee Watson) who was born 1931 in Darlington and lived at 9 Herbert St Darlington with her parents Wilfred and Mary E. Her brother Wilfred Alan Watson was born 1936 and lived there also. Joyce married Colin Docherty in 1951 in Darlington and they had two daughters Lynn born 1953 and Irene born 1954.The whole family then emigrated to Canada in 1962/63/64 and we have lost touch ever since any information would be most grateful.

David Wright Hatherick, born 1896, was my grandfather. His daughter, Doris Hatherick, was my mother. Born 23/05/12 she died in 1998. I would be pelased to answer questions from his great nephew. I also have two cousins named Hatherick, children of my mother's two brothers, Ronald and David, both deceased. My mother's younger brother, Sidney, died when his ship, HMS Barham, was torpedoed and sunk in 1941.

Hello. I'm looking for any information you can give me about my uncle William H Watterson. He was born in Cockerton Darlington Co. Durham in 1929 and married Joan Mallinson in 1949. They lived at 16 Forcett Street Cockerton from 1950 to around 1960. I understand that he moved to Banbury Oxfordshire, this would probably have been in 1960. Thanks.
