Tracing the Traceys'
I am trying to trace the Ancestors of Francis (Frank or Francy)b.1911, His father was Alphonse from Tattikeel, his mother was Isabella Black from Blacksessiagh. Frank had brothers, Anthony (Tant), Patrick, (Paddy, his wife was Grace McHugh, they lived in London. Grace has a sister Mary). There were about 7 other brothers, there was a sister Mary who died when very young. also twin boys. Most moved to England, some went to Canada. Frank came to England about 1938/9(ish),going to hirings, where farmers hired their live in workers. I believe he was born in a village in Tattikeel, nr. Omagh. They had a farm or a smallholding, which I believe was left to go to ruin. If anyone has any info. I should love to have it please. In particular any about the Black family ancestry and the Tracey ancestry, before Isabella and Alphonse Thank you, Margaret.
