Laws family of Yorktown Camberley Camberley
I am looking for any information and maybe even descendants of Stephen b 1808 and Sarah nee Smith Lawes or Laws who moved to Yorktown area from Andover Hampshire in the 1861 era. The children that moved with the parents were Charles, Lewellyn sometimes written as Youllen, Sarah and Mary. I know Sarah married a Mr Chatt and Youllen married Elizabeth Groves in 1864. Their father died as a result of an accident falling from a donkey cart in 1885. There was a coroners inquest and I would be interested in finding the details of this inquest. Myself and two fellow family member researchers are trying to find out as much as possible about the Laws/Lawes family and are visiting many family haunts. We are descended from Stephen junior the son of Stephen and Sarah who stayed in Hampshire near Basingstoke. Any help appreciated.
