Entries around
red mail Hunt
I am searching for my grandfather. He was born in Warrington in or around 1877 and his father was Thomas a Fustian Cutter/manufacturer. It is believed that his mother was Elizabeth. My grandfather's name on his marriage certificate in 1896 was Wheppton Homer Hunt. He died in Chesterfield Royal Hospital, Derbyshire,in 1939 aged 63 years. It is known that he had a brother in Warrington in the early 1920's who sent him some velvet material for his daughter Florence, but we do not have that address. It is also believed that he had a sister as well as a brother living in Warrington, Lancs in the 1880's. I would be grateful if anyone could furnish me with any information as to the date he was born and any of his family's descendants.

Does anyone remember my great-aunty Ethel? Sadly I have no surname for her, she was always known as AUNTY ETHEL. I have old letters from her sent from Lynton House, Sandy Lane, Helsby, Nr.Warrington....possibly during the 1970's. She was closely connected to WGC (Bob) Joy & his family, it's possible she could be the sister of Annie Margaret Lawton (?) Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
