red mail cook family (May 08 Red)
My great grandmother was Elizabeth Ann Cook (known as Annie), She later married James Hines from Wotten Underwood and had several children , one of whom was my grandmother. Her father was charles cook who was a coal merchant originally from waddesdon but later moved to Wotten Underwood.Her mother was a lady called Emma ( nee Allen). I would like to hear fom anyone who has information regarding the Cook family. Many thanks.

My great grandmother was a Cook from Waddesdon. Her father was Charles Cook. Brothers and sisters included James and Kate. The family moved to Wotton Underwood where Charles became the local coal merchant. Any information on the Cooks would be much appreciated

George CANNON (b. April 1797 Waddesdon) married Ann SAUNDERS( b. April 1798 Waddesdon) Nov 1818 Waddesdon. I descend through their son Joseph b. 1836 Waddesdon - one of nine children. In the spring of 1837 the family sailed from London to America. Hoping to trade information with a CANNON cousin in the UK. Ann SAUNDERS was the daughter of James SAUNDERS and Hannah COGGINS of whom I know little.
