Looking for any links to Bone Family from Tempsford. My Grt Grandmother was Sarah Bone Brn 1898 4 Stamford Road, Essendine, Rutland, but her Father was Samuel Bone Brn 1861 in Tempsford. His Parents Were James Bone 1822 and Sarah Browning 1821 both born in Tempsford they had 11 Children inc Samuel. James Bones parents were John Bone 1796 and Elizabeth ? John was also born in Tempsford and is shown on the 1841 Census as an Agricultural Labourer. Any further info on the Bone family in Tempsford would be appreciated

Francis born abt. 1834 in Wales first found him in USA. in Butler County,Ohio where he married Margaret Rees, also born in Wales abt. 1841, they moved to Alabama USA eventially.He may have had a relative named Thomas Jones Francis(b. 1845) who also came to America but later-after 1874 Thomas married June Davis who was also born in Wales her father was Evan Davis-names repeated in the family are: Richard,William,Thomas,Maggie,Annie,Sarah. Please help me find Richard's parents. later

There is a farm in Tempsford called Stonebridge Farm, in the Station Road end of the village. Does anyone know anything of it's history and whether it is called that because of a geographical stone bridge or a person Stonebridge.My Stonebridge ancestors lived in Tempsford from about 1790 till about 1875. I also had Braybrook ancestors there.
